We’ve moved our bot beyond the boundaries of our web application to reach patients in native messaging apps.

In an effort to capture and standardize our learning, I co-authored a handbook of conversational design principles for health care.


At LifeLink, conversational design is at the core of our product. It is my job to lead the design of solutions for some of the largest and most trusted hospitals and pharmaceutical companies in the nation.
